Dr. William Simms, Jr

Dr. William Simms, Jr. is a Board Member of Pastoral Care Associates of California.  He is an Ordained Pastor and a Certified Chaplain. He previously served as a Chaplain Intern at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center in Pomona CA for 4 years, providing Spiritual Care to patients in every unit of this trauma hospital. In this capacity he visited with patients and their families providing spiritual care with compassion and love. He was an integral part of health care teams in every unit of the hospital and participated in meetings of the hospital’s Ethics Committee.

Dr. William Simms, Jr. has completed 4 CPE units comprised of 1,600 Clinical hours and 400 Didactic hours. He is a certified trainer with Lead Plus educational and training materials. He has held management positions in both corporate and private sectors of business. Dr. Simms is an excellent communicator, outstanding in contract negotiation and recruitment.
